Edit Organization Group

To edit an Organization group click on Pencil Icon next to the name of the organization group that you want to edit. This will bring up the Edit Organization Screen

The first tab is all the general information about the organization. You can create a marketing plan based on this organization by putting a check-mark in the box next Add to Marketing Plan to the plan type that you want created.

You can choose the type of the organization by clicking on the Type Drop Down Box

To create a new type click on Type Button and this will bring up the Organization Type Window

Putin the name that you want the new type to be and the abbreviation that you want for that type. Then click Add Button real button and this will add the type to the list. Click on Close Button

 

This will return you to Edit Organization Screen where you can choose the new type from the drop down menu.

 

You can also choose a contact for the organization. Click on Magnifying Glass Icon This will bring up the Customer Search Screen

Put in the criteria that you want to search for the contact person by and hit Search Button

 

This will bring the Add Group Member page up with the results for the search.

Put a check in the box next to the name of the person that is the contact for that group and hit Add Button real button.

 

This will return you to the Edit Organization window with the new contact person displayed.

 

To add or remove members from the organization group click on the Members Tab. This will display everyone that is a member of that group.

 

To remove a member click on Delete X next to the person that you want deleted. To add a new member click Add Button and this will bring up the Customer Search Screen.

Put in the search criteria that you would like to search for and hit Search Button

 

This will bring up the Add Group Member Screen with a list of everyone that matches the criteria that you searched for.

 

Put a check in the box in front of all the people that you want to add to the Organization

Click on Add Button real button to add the selected customers to the Organization This will return you to the Edit Organization with all the new members added to the list.

 

You can make notes for the organization on the Notes Tab.

To enter a new note put the topic and the note and hit Save to save the note to the organization.
