On the Groups Tab, you can manage the groups the customer belongs to. Here you will add and remove them from interest groups and organizations you have in your database.
Modify Person Groups Screen
The screen displays all the groups the customer currently belongs to and what type they are and contact information.
To add a new group, click . This will bring up the Select Groups Screen.
This displays all the groups you have in your database. If the Group is grayed out, the customer is already a member of that group. To add the customer to a new group, put a check mark in the box next the name of the group. You can add to multiple groups at the same time.
To delete the customer from a group, just click next to the name of the group. This does not delete the group; it just removes the customer from the group.0
